Who we are
Engageable Australia Pty Ltd builds engagement technology for health, education and research organisations - from universities running postgraduate psychology programs to practitioners managing their professional registration. We're based in Bellingen, on the mid-north coast of New South Wales, and we work with institutions across Australia and New Zealand.
Our approach is simple: start with the people, not the platform. Every product we build began as a real problem faced by real practitioners, educators or researchers - and was developed alongside them.
What we build
Three products support the whole placement journey - from the placement office to full registration:
- Engageable Placements - placement management for universities, run program by program on a roadmap steered by a founding consortium of the universities who use it. The right-sized path for institutions moving on from Sonia.
- Placement Review - the practicum competency assessment platform used by 17+ universities across Australia and New Zealand, built on the validated VMAT-CΨPRS and PCAM instruments and backed by 18+ peer-reviewed publications.
- Practice Ready - compliance and logbook management for provisional and registered psychologists, tracking practice hours, supervision and CPD against AHPRA requirements.
All three run on the same secure Engageable platform - modular Australian-hosted infrastructure that has served university, health and research organisations since 2018.

- Expand - add programs, custom features and integrations as your needs grow.
